Henderson's relish

I believe it forms part of the staple diet of Yorkshire folk and many were raised with a bottle of this on the table. I smuggled back a few bottles when i were visiting and it is now one of my food cupboard basics. i use it in everything from Shepard's pie , stew's, gravy , a splash of Henderson's relish works wonders with mince. It's similar to Worcester sauce in appearance, but has a finer taste . Unfortunately it is only available to by in local Yorkshire retail outlets, but it can be purchased on line here for delivery . The OH loves Henderson's but we also have our own Pontack Sauce, made with elderberries. It's been sat there for 3 years now, and is *almost* matured enough... Give it another 3 years and it might rival the Henderson's
