We would really like a new way to use up our excess produce and were wondering about fruit and veg leathers.
We have been looking at a food dehydrator and wondered if there were people out there who could give us some advice.
We cannot justify leaving the oven on for hours at a time and really wanted to know if the electric dehydrators used lots of energy.
Also if you good people could also give advice on the makes/models you have and how much stuff you can get into them.
