Squash - Yellow Scallop

I dutifully planted my free GYO seeds when they came and now have a glut of these wonderful yellow squashes.

Having only ever cooked marrow and courgette before I am wondering what I should do with them.

All suggestions and recipes greatly recieved.

I baked some with the sunday roast last week with some garlic olive oil drizzled over them- very nice!

Just slice them through and use the same as you would normal courgettes although they're also niced cut in half and stuffed
