Couldn't do it. Variety is the best thing about cooking and eating good food.
I could be happy with "1001 ways to use mince" (I could probably write it after 15 years on a tight budget), but basically I would need to cook 'Hilary style', which is my own variations on so many different ways of cooking!
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
I think I agree with Hilary. I frequently have asked myself the same question, but struggle to find an answer.
Indian food is so diverse, it covers most of the bases for me.
But then, so does Italian...
And I really love Japanese food.
And Mexican.
And North African.
I think I'm probably go for Indian food, as the spices are so addictive, there's dairy in there, veggie stuff etc.
