Hi folks,
Just thought I'd add my pennyworth re this invasive plant., The seeds are delicious. To me they tasted like walnut, without the hard chew factor, (Cracked tooth). I put them in a fruit loaf and they really made a nice nutty flavour. Nice raw too. I do get some strange looks while i'm harvesting and chomping on them. But what a way to control the blighters.

They are also a fantastic food for any bees in the area! Our girls are bringing in a lot, plus the honey from it tastes superb!
