Does anyone have any scrummy recipe ideas for sweet dumpling squashes?

I had 2 plants this year but only got 2 squashes mainly due to the fact that powdery mildew set in.

Anyhoo!

I have 2 really lovely looking squashes and want to make the most of them.

So if anyone has some great idea they will be muchly appreciated.

Still on waiting list for lotty so hopefully next year (or year after.... 1 - 2 year wait ) we will have more room error!

hi munch, try goolingling,some good ideas,it looks like i have some to,plants given to me by son,with any squash of smaller size,how about cutting in half,and stuffing with what ever takes your fancy,am having an experiment myself today,with my first pattie pan squash i had given to try,have part cooked it first,best of luck

I did some googling and quite like the idea of stuffing..... Sounds like a nice hearty warming bit of grub!
