  • Can you Freeze Bread Pudding??

    Hiya all
I have made an extremely large batch of bread pudding (a bit over zealous) and wondered what you all think about freezing it?
I looked on google and some sites say yes its fine, others no because of the eggs....?!?
    Any help appreciated

I reckon you can if it's bread pudding. Not so sure about Bread and butter pudding tho 'cos it's custard based.

Ive frozen it before no probs. When you defrost it needs a bit of a heat in the oven again tho as it goes a bit soggy.
