Hi I have just bought 12 Limes for a pound seemed like a good offer. They are not something I cook with a lot, anyone any nice ideas of what to do with them? I fancy a Christmas cake, something different
Make some Citrus Oil; Good quality Olive/Rapeseed Oil, add the zest and juice of the Limes/Lemons or both. Great for marinading Lamb - see the Chat Thread, or Ainsley Harriot's Barbecue Bible. YUMMY!

Lime pickle
A batch of Thai/Massaman curry paste (stores longer as a paste rather than a sauce)
I used three in a 'proper' fajita sauce the other night.
