Hi I have just bought 12 Limes for a pound seemed like a good offer. They are not something I cook with a lot, anyone any nice ideas of what to do with them? I fancy a Christmas cake, something different

Better than Lemon in a G&T!
Make some Citrus Oil; Good quality Olive/Rapeseed Oil, add the zest and juice of the Limes/Lemons or both. Great for marinading Lamb - see the Chat Thread, or Ainsley Harriot's Barbecue Bible. YUMMY!All the best - Glutton 4 Punishment

Orange and lime would go I'm sure- but I'd be tempted just to go for lime...sounds delish!!"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
