    Mr TS has brought home 2 camel steaks for me to prepare...

    (as part of his Do Something Different regime)

    I'm thinking stew ...

                        I would go for long slow cooking - unless you know what bit it's from!

                            Not had camel, often eat goat and ostritch and tried donkey once. Where on earth did he get it from, not many camel farms round here!

                            Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

                            Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

                              I imagine that in a stew the flavour may be lost, though perhaps that may not be a bad thing. I would braise it with as little other things as possible. If it tastes foul you could always throw in a bit more flavouring and have it the next day.
