Has anyone made paneer?

Yup, my OH makes it. Dead easy, and takes on the flavours of whatever you cook it with (assuming that you use it 'in' stuff after you make it)

Yes! I've made it, but only once. I think it was Rhona that mentioned it, and told us all how to do it. Mine wasn't that successful; a little too crumbly for my liking, but that was probably my fault.
