White fly dust

How do you get it off curly Kale before you cook it ?

It has been soaking in salted water but the white fly stuff it leaves behind is stuck to the underside of the kale.

Any tips please !

You have to loose sight of the shore sometimes to cross new oceans

I would be a perfectionist, but I dont have the time

Or use a soft nailbrush to wipe over the underside.

I'm with Flummery on the soft nailbrush or dishbrush. I hate throwing stuff out.
