Lemon Curd - Can you eat it when pregnant?

I am hoping to make lemon curd next week (recipe below) and want to use it in a desert for a pregnant friend. Will it be ok?

I would agree with Rustylady, if the eggs are cooked there shouldn,t be a problem. You could always check with your friend though.
