  • Gelatin and diabetic sweeties

Im trying to make some diabetic sweets etc for a hamper for OH's dad for crimbo. I've got a recipe for gummy sweets, it says I need 2 tablespoons of gelatin. I only have sheets so how many sheets of gelatin would it be?

Also any sweet recipes or anything I can use? I will do bitesize cakes and freeze them until day before etc but am struggling to find many sweetie recipes

Jax it says here that six sheets is the equivalent of 3 teaspoons of powder.
So you will need a dozen I reckon. (assuming a tablespoon is 3 teaspoons).
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?
