Can you freeze homemade mince pies?

I have done a vine search but cant find out if I can freeze finished mince pies or not?
I have a spare day tomorrow and wanted to get ahead by making them now...

Well I have before and there was no problem

I often make them and freeze them before baking then bake when needed.

Yes, I was watching an old Nigella show earlier today and she said that you could freeze them.

They're lovely on a hot summers day with a big blob of vanilla icecream!

I've been freezing them for a while now...they certainly last frozen well into the summer
