I made this tonight with one of my crown prince squash that are storing very well in the shed with a bit of bubble wrap for extra protection.

It's gorgeous and is now a firm favourite. Left out the pine nuts though.

How funny! I made some pumpkin soup with one I'd been saving for a cold day...the bright yellow soup is so cheery!
