Recipes to use a LOT of cream - please :-)

So many times I had a look in the shops for cream on sale approaching "use by" date-never found any-they must sell it quickly.

If there is a Waitrose near you, it's worth checking. There's a smallish shop near us and they have meat/dairy discounted all the time. I got a half liter of milk for £0.10 last week! And a nice thyme plant for the same the other day... just needed a new pot and some fresh soil.

Good suggestions for the cream though! And thanks for the Bailey's recipe.
