    New Breadmaker

    Just tried out the new breadmaker that santa brought me (russell hobbs) and used the bread flour from lidl.

    i have to say that the consensus from the whole family has been that it is a total success!!!

    hope the bread stays fresh in the lunch boxes until lunchtime!
    May the road rise to meet you,
    May the wind be always at your back,
    May the sun shine warm upon your face,
    The rains fall soft upon your fields and,

    What model did you get? I've got one for my B'day next week - not supposed to know yet - and have been buying lots of flour in anticipation!

        I have found Lidl white bread flour to be very good quality for the money and has a decent protein content.
