I have been really getting into making bread and keep being told about making it and then baking it in a casserole dish. Has anyone tried it?
Also, whilst Im here, I can make normal loaves but my only attempt at making a cob when it done its second rise it spread outwards and filled the baking tray. Was my mixture to thin or did I shape it in the wrong way etc?
