Used the last batch of leeks (harvested today, just beginning to flower) to make a delish soup, based on Delias recipe (Leek, Onion and Potato Soup - Soups - Recipes - from Delia Online), but tweaked a tad.
Added some chopped chives and 2 cloves of garlic to the veg with the stock, then shaved in a bit of parmesan and a few chunks of mature cheddar just before serving, absolutely delicious and a great way to use the last few leeks.
