Choc Chip Cookie recipes please!

I have lost/lent out my 'biscuit' cook book with my best recipe for choc chip cookies in it

Has anyone got a quick, easy, foolproof recipe for basic choc chip cookies please??

Choc Chip Cookie Recipe - foolproof & oft made

Beat -
3oz butter
3oz gran sugar
3oz dem sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

beat in -
1 lightly beaten egg

mix in -
6oz SR flour
pinch salt
pack choc chips (I use dark choc)

roll into 32 balls on a greased baking tray, flatten slightly.

Cook at 160 deg (fan), gas 5, 12-15 mins

Dear sweet lord in heaven.... these are amazing... just the raw cookie dough is like manna.... not sure how many will make it to the show tomorrow!
