Delicious chocolate cake (with courgettes)

Hi all,

Just thought I'd share this wonderful recipe that I tried out the other day. It uses two medium courgettes, and trust me, the cake won't be around for long! LOL

The cake is moist and very chocolatey. I'd leave out the spices next time cause I don't think it go all that well with the chocolate, but that's down to personal preference I guess

I just got some courgettes off a fellow allotment holder, and had some ready for harvesting myself, so this cake might be on the agenda again before long
