I made a batch of this yesterday using some of my own Sweet and Chilli Peppers and it's beautiful and it's simple.

It keeps years - not that it lasts that long.

I don't boil it so long, and make a drizzle sauce with it. I'm having some in about 10 mins as it happens as I have it on pizzas. Absolutely fantastic.
