I have managed to grow 4 very small (as yet) celeriac and I am going to strip some of the bottom stalks and leaves off as Monty suggested last night. They smell great and look green and fresh, is it ok to eat them or is it a no go like rhubarb/pots

Nice in beef, red wine, roasted tomato sauce, celery and mushroom stews - I chop mine and sometimes use them in herby dumplings. Have also added thenm as herby flavouring to cheese scones - but only pinches.Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better...Albert Einstein
