First time grown Spaghetti Squash. Cut it in half, scooped out seeds (which I'm saving because they grew so nicely) wrapped the halves in foil separately and baked for about an hour. The flesh is beautifully sweet, but even though I teased it a bit with a fork, it looks nothing like spaghetti. Did I cook it for too long?

I always cook mine whole (pricking is important though as they can apparently explode) and the flesh tends to be more like noodles than spaghetti. Whole they do take about an hour for a normal sized one.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
