    Bruno the ghostrider pumpkin curry

    What you'll need

    One skinned Bruno baby or similar diced with seeds removed.
    Onions
    Garlic
    Ginger
    Cumin
    Turmeric
    Red chilli powder or fresh green ones
    Garam masala
    Salt
    Chopped or fresh tomatoes*
    Water-a fair bit, pumpkin is very hard

    How you're going to do it:
    1: sautée onions, ginger, garlic and cumin.*
    2: add tomatoes, chilli, salt, turmeric, garam masala, mix and cook through with onions etc.
    3. Add your diced Bruno. Coat with mixture. Add water.
    4. Cover and cook; monitor carefully.*
    5. Why have you got a fair bit of water? The pumpkin is hard, the heat and steam will soften and cook through. If the steam escapes and the pumpkin isn't getting any softer add more water.*
    6. When cooked, pumpkin should be very tender; like sweet potato.
