Boil it in with spuds and then mash together ..I hide it in mash so that youngest eats it

Cube it and roast it having drizzled olive oil over it and seasoning. Or I put mine in stews and soups. My favourite being celeriac and Stilton.

Why are you having a mouse to dinner? Give it cheese

Then you will have a rat in your kitchen - what are you gonna do?

Puree it on its own - lovely stuff with chicken or pork.

Its lovely mashed with potatoes. Or else I use it in a big veggie and lentil casserole with dumplings!
