A friend bought me a little bag of candied orange slices dipped in chocolate - yum! I fancy having a go at making some myself - does anyone know how to do it?

From memory the candying process takes quite a while and means cooking the fruit in the sugar syrup for long enough so it is cooked and translucent.Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?Comment

I've done it (see here) Not slices but candied orange peel dipped in chocolate. Bleddy lovely they are too, just like a certain chocolate orange that you just tap and unwrap
