It does what it says on the tin
I bake them until soft...........then cut in half and take out seeds.
Shred flesh with a fork till it looks like spaghetti and serve with pasta sauce of your choice, inside the shell.
I have used it as spaggetti, but instead of me shredding the squash, I have given everyone a half one, and they have sorted it out themselves, it makes entertaining eating if nothing else!
