My OH is always raving about the roast pumpkin he had in Australia when he was visiting family.
I have tried butternut and Jack O Lantern pumpkin (not the best for cooking I know) but while he likes them it's not the same or as good as the stuff he had down under. I explained to him that they probably grow different varieties so my question is;
Can anyone recommend a variety for roasting so that I can grow some this year.
