Dosas. A South Indian Delicacy.

I know me and Jeanied love them - and Mr Z and I have them once a week now that I've perfected the filling....

But everyone I've spoken to lately has never heard of them.

If you have never had one, and like Indian/spicy food - I urge you to go out and try one.

Honestly, they are gorgeous.

No - I cheat and use a packet mix for the actual dosa and a recipe here for the filling...

I only found the dosai packet mix 2 weeks ago in Mr S in Coventry - so bought loads of packs and it's chocs away.

Didn;t HFW have a go at making these at an Indian wedding on River Cottage - Veg? It was either these or something very similar.
