So, now I make just my bread and he ccan stick to his chorleywood processed rubbish!! The recipe I have settled on is 450g strong bread flour, one 7g sachet of yeast a pinch of salt, 300ml water and a tablespoon of oil. Then use the kneading process shown before for 20 mins and LOVELY bread. Nice and soft, not dense at all or with a yeasty taste. He nibbles abit and says its nice, close to something he would eat!!! So, all the more for me to enjoy!!!! hehe

Thats the same recipe I use, and it does make gorgeous bread! Although I wish I had known that sugar would super charge yeast coz today I made a sweet version (added sugar, choccy chips and pecans) and created a bread monster! Took quite a while to beat it into submission!LOL
Usually I stick to wholemeal though which is seriously dense and doesnt taste abit like shop bought.
