Sprouted, aka chitted soya beans

I tried chitting some Elena soya beans, but they just rotted

Sorry, as above stirfries (soy beans) or if they are small seedsprouts (basil) maybe in a sandwich or salad?

Thanks. I do that but I like to sprout a lot as they're supposed to be so good for you and wondered if there were any radical ideas out there!
