Bee Pollen Question

How long do you think it lasts for? I've had a jar for years, that I bought in a Portuguese market - no 'use by' date on or anything. The colour looks a bit darker but still smells lovely. The 'grains' seem a bit softer and stickier, but taste ok. I want to use some this weekend in a dinner party starter. Not sure I'll get any more in time if try to order online. What do you think? Risky or 'nah, it'll be fine'?
