    I do keep my cheese noggins in a bag in the freezer, but they normally end up in cheese sauce when I do a cauliflower cheese. Never thought about using them in soup. Nowt wasted in this house.

      Like RS says fish the Butts out otherwise they come as a bit of a surprise in your mouth
