  • Pumpkin Seeds

    Anyone out there that can tell me how to/how long I should roast pumpkin seeds for? Carving my pumpkins today...yeay!

    I dry them off to get rid of all the gungy stuff. Then shallow fry them in a heavy frypan, just a smidgeon of oil and wait till they pop. Bit of salt and nibble away

          Thanks, saved me a trip to health food shop, daughter has really bad pre menstrual syndrome and pumkin seeds are meant to be great as they have loads of tryptopan !! which increases levels of serotonin. Ain't i a geek
