How about sucking a menthol cough sweet for a while- then remove it- soak the oil into a bit of bread-or mix in with some yog- ( holding nose) swallow said bread/cake/yog- then pop said sweetie back in mouth and suck for England/GB

Hmmm. Having read up some more, it's supposed to be taken on an empty stomach

VVG, it's from taylor-jackson.com, which is where I get M-Folia ointment which is also good for psoriasis

According to the Prophet Mohammed, Nigella Sativa cures everything but death!

Good luck then honey Try my trick and stick it in and wash it down. Then run round as your face contorts
My kids used to take fish oil, flavoured with vanilla straight off a spoon. Smelt rank to me but was supposed to feed the brain. They never bothered!
Now as Nicos suggests - it is SPOON TIME! Remember malt extract anyone?!

When I was little it was Floradix Iron Tonic that my mother used to chase me round trying to get it down my neck... I had an overactive gag reflex then too

So it's safe to say... no I mustn't - stop gagging and swallow. You have bought it now, unless, you're not meant to rub it on are you?

"Nigella sativa oil contains an abundance of conjugated linoleic (18:2) acid, thymoquinone, nigellone (dithymoquinone),[8] melanthin, nigilline, damascenine, and tannins. Melanthin is toxic in large doses and nigelline is paralytic, so this spice must be used in moderation."

Yes, the bottle has dosage instructions. That's not going to be any kind of problem unless I find some way of swallowing it...

                          and and

I'm going to be buying some capsules... I managed to get a spoonful down, with the help of some 84% cocoa chocolate, 20 minutes ago, and even after milk, more chocolate, a cup of tea, I'm still struggling not to throw up

Have you eaten anything Sarz since taking it. If you've just been taking liquids I imagine the oil floating to the surface all the time. Can you eat some bread?
