I just cleared a row of peas. Some of them are at their peak but a lot are past their best, the pods are harder to open and the peas are a bit starchy.
Anyone got any good recipes or ideas for cooking these? Are there any regional delicacies such as pea and potato rissoles, or pea bhajis, or pea and kohl rabi leaf risotto or something that we could cook a batch of and freeze for a future supper?
