Kohlrabi, beetroot, potatoes- what on earth to do with them?

Never mentioned it , but a fairly common thing we do is roast the spuds with garlic and serve alongside couscous and some mixed salads.

Believe it or not, I used to view couscous as "exotic" until about a 18 months or so ago...
