What do you do with damaged potatoes

As the title says. What do you do with damaged potatoes?
Yesterday I dug some potatoes unfortunately I spiked some and others had pests damage instead of binning them I cut out all the bad and made crisps the best crisps I've ever eaten

Exactly the same as you did, cut out the damaged bits and use the rest

Chop off the bad or spiked part, and use the undamaged piece, in whatever you are cooking. I also just peel off the scab if there is any, it's fine inside.
