    Mine is a roast suggestion as well. Place a goodly number of toms in a casserole, drizzle with garlic infused olive oil, scatter over some roughly ground sea salt and then roast until the skins are charred. Whilst still hot, treat yourself to some fresh bread dunked in the casserole. Absolutely to die for . I usually do enough to be able to make a pasta sauce with the leftovers.
