Yah, that is the original one. However I use prunes, apricots, cranberries, sultanas, cause that is what we like. The pineapple is a must, I also reduce the sugar. I make half the amount and that makes up about 6 jars. I simmer all the fruit and carrots to make sure everything is soft then add a glug or two of brandy then the sugar, it really is delish.
