That is one of the prettiest creations I have ever seen- it knocks spots off some of the beautiful creations we see here in our patisseries!!! Well done.

So, what've you got planned to top that next year

One of the big London stores had a gingerbread display for their Christmas window this year - I thought it was rubbish, CT's is much, much, better.

There were beautiful everyday displays in the gingerbread shops in Aachen when we were on hoilday too; London should have done a bit more research!

Thanks you ALL for your lovely comments! One good thing to come out of my dabbling in the cake dept is that a new guy to the village was at the Draw Evening and is now INSISTING he creates a web-site for me - for free!!!. So there will be interesting times ahead.
