I know it is a bit early but I am on the look out for advice on what to do with loads of rhubarb. Where we live we have a mega rhubarb plant that just keeps giving and giving. Then down my new allotment plot I have counted 6 rhubarb plants. People don't seem to want the raw stuff just the finished cooked item. Did a rhubarb and orange type jam last year but it looked very green colour and it put people off. Tasted ok am still eating it.
