Well, I'm having Pancakes!!!! Savoury chicken Fajita style, followed by lemon and cream, or something alcoholic and cream. I'm not religious, and I was out for a lovely Thai Birthday meal last night, so I missed out on my Pancakes. My Birthday has only ever coincided with Shrove Tuesday once before (2003, I checked!) and I adore pancakes, so it should be more often!

I had a cheapo pizza out of the freezer, as I was too tired after a day in the garden to think about cooking! Needed a few glasses of wine to wash it down though

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Leek, potato, cheese & Worcestershire sauce mixture packed into a suet crust and steamed for a couple of hours, served with onion and chilli gravy. It was better than it might sound. And a glass of water.
