    Looks nice Bex

Take a picture along to a Johnstone's paint centre & they will match it for you in any finish

    Johnstone's Decorating Centre Birmingham (Aston)
    Unit 1, Portland Street, Aston,
    Birmingham
    B6 5RX

Or if you go to their website there is a supplier locator, they may have an agent nearer/easier to get to than going into Aston

Thanks, I will if it lasts long enough. It's delicious with grated cheese on top.

That paint place is not far from me, I'm right by spaghetti junction.

If you want a true colour then don't take a picture as the colour reproduction won't be accurate . . . instead take some of the soup.

And don't forget the spoons so they can taste it!!!

No recipe, just chucked in what I'd got. I think it was:
              2 onions
              3 cloves garlic
              5 beetroot
Potatoes, all those little ones that aren't worth cooking
              1 litre of veg stock
Pinch of cumin seeds, salt and pepper

It sounds lovely. Did you just cook it and then blend it?

I did, cooked till beetroot was tender and then blended. I'll grate some cheese on top when I serve it

I needed some lunch for work and I fancied soup.
