We're not really eating bread (wife has gone gluten free, I've never been that keen on shop bought bread anyway) - so my wife made this last night.. which was suprisingly nice (I'm not at all keen on cauliflower).
1 cauliflower whizzed until powder like in food processor.
Mix with 1 cup gram flour (any flour would be ok, gram flour is ground chickpeas)
Juice of one lemon
Tablespoon of Tahini.
Add 1/4 cup of cold water slowly.
Press in to baking tray and cook at 180 for 30 mins.
Add toppings then cook for 10 more mins.
