cider apple useage

I have access to some CIDER apples (do not know variety, other than they are definitely cider apples).

Apart from the obvious, is there anything else they can be used for?

i.e chutney?

If i was closer i would trade you for them... tried to make cider last year with some cookers and it was close but no cigar!

We make cider every year with any old mix of apples and find it works just fine. However seeing as you have loads of the cider type I'd have thought you could make a good jelly with them.
