does anyone still do bottling ? vegetables etc or soups etc
Many years ago before the age of freezers my mum and day had hundreds of kilner jars which they will fill with runner beans , peas carrots etc
I am part of a project which is run in Bulawayo Zimbabwe , we hope to do some bottling or canning , as the electric there is intermittent freezing food isn't a good option , so i was working on may doing bottling ? if anyone does this or has any knowledge please let me know as i am wanting to lean quite quickly , it also has to be safe
