I make soup - just roast a tray of pumpkin pieces, onions, garlic, plus a couple of potatoes in oil and sprinkled with salt and cayenne. Then blitz the lot, thin with stock and adjust seasonings. I like mine with extra curry spices inLast edited by Thelma Sanders; 30-10-2014, 04:39 PM.

My usual non experimental me is curried pumpkin soup. When I can be bothered a pumpkin pie and I have in the past tried pumpkin cookies and pumpkin fudge all go down well.
